Fabrication, Erection and Commissioning of Regeneration Air Heater Unit at GAIL Usar

The GAIL Usar assignment involved fabrication, erection and commissioning support for a Regeneration Air Heater Unit under M/s Engineers India Limited / GAIL. The package demanded high-elevation execution up to 52 meters, accurate structural erection, equipment alignment, piping coordination and safe access planning throughout the work front.

TOVOUS completed the full execution scope including erection, commissioning assistance, E&I works, insulation, painting and related finishing activities. The work was delivered as a complete package with emphasis on safe lifting, quality installation, final checks and coordinated handover of the regeneration air heater system.
