Replacement, Fabrication and Erection of Flare Structures at BOOT-3 Terminal, IOCL Refinery Paradip

This project at BOOT-3 Terminal, IOCL Refinery Paradip involved replacement of existing flare structures along with fabrication and erection of new structural members and utility piping. The work also included flare tip replacement and replacement of the old winch machine, requiring careful planning around existing refinery infrastructure.

TOVOUS carried out fabrication, erection, piping support and replacement activities with attention to shutdown coordination, lifting methodology, dismantling sequence and safe installation of the new components. The scope strengthened the flare system readiness while supporting the operational requirements of the terminal.
