The demountable flare stack work at ONGC Uran, Mumbai for M/s Kevin / ONGC included fabrication and erection of flare piping, pipe supports, utility piping and associated structural elements. The project required execution in a live industrial environment with attention to access, safety, lifting, fit-up and coordination between multiple work fronts.
TOVOUS handled the major fabrication and erection scope for the demountable flare arrangement, including support preparation and piping installation activities. Major work has been completed, with execution focused on structural stability, proper alignment, weld quality and readiness for downstream commissioning requirements.
